Our group at a glance
Die Falck Gruppe AG is the parent company of the enterprises group. With real estate, tax & Accounting and special consultancy she commands three fully integrated service branches. The group looks back on a long history of entrepreneurship in Central Switzerland. In 1875, the original firm was founded and has since then continuously developed and transformed. To this day, the group is an owner-managed company in by now the fifth generation.
Della Valle Immobilien AG is one of the largest real estate brokerages in Central Switzerland and since 2022 part of the Falck Gruppe AG. Real estate is the passion of this Meggen-based company that boasts further outlets in Ebikon, Horw and Weggis. For both buying and selling property, the Della Valle team provide outstanding client service throughout the entire transaction process.
Falck Immobilien GmbH (formerly Hartmann Immobilien GmbH) joined the group of companies in 2021. The company was founded over 30 years ago. Today, it is an established property company based in Adliswil, Zurich. The company specialises in property management, construction management and related consulting services (www.falck-immobilien.ch).

Clean Drinking Water in Disaster Areas
As a company, we take responsibility - even beyond our everyday lives. That's why we support the Water Survival Box initiative, which provides people in disaster and crisis areas with clean drinking water and helps them to obtain their own supplies if their supply chains are interrupted. In cooperation with Rotary International, we are helping people in need with the most valuable commodity: Water.
