Moritz Falck is the owner of the group of companies and is now the fifth generation to manage it. In addition to his general management responsibilities, he specialises in valuations, portfolio management, project development and real estate finance. Before joining the Falck Group, Mr Falck worked for well-known management consultancies in Zurich and London, where he mainly managed projects in the financial sector. Mr Falck studied economics and econometrics and completed the MAS in Real Estate at CUREM.

Christian Käppeli is a member of the Executive Board and heads the Fiduciary & Taxes department. As CFO, he is also responsible for the Group's entire accounting department. His areas of activity include tax and pension advice for natural persons as well as financial statement advice for SMEs and their owners. He is also responsible for property accounting in our property management department. Mr Käppeli can look back on over twenty years of fiduciary experience and worked for a well-known fiduciary and auditing company in Central Switzerland before joining the Falck Group. Mr Käppeli is a federally certified fiduciary expert.
Elvira Falck is a member of the Board of Directors and supports the Falck Group in legal matters. She is also involved in various strategic initiatives of the Group. Her main occupation is as a lawyer at the Pilatushof law firm in Lucerne. She was previously a clerk at a district court in Zurich. Elvira Falck studied law. She is currently completing a CAS in the basics of mediation at the Bern University of Applied Sciences.

Christoph Buser has been working in the property sector in responsible and management positions since 2006. He has in-depth professional experience in human resources, financial accounting, rental properties, condominium owners' associations, insurance, cost accounting, reporting and taxes.

Manuela Brunner works in the Fiduciary & Taxes department. She is responsible for Die Falck Gruppe's internal financial and payroll accounting. She is also the contact person for personnel matters and supports all HR processes. Ms Brunner has many years of experience in the fiduciary sector and joined Die Falck Group in July 2023.
Mrs Brunner has completed an apprenticeship in business administration with a Federal Diploma and further training as a fiduciary with a federal certificate.

Mr Gerwe is the branch manager of Falck Immobilien GmbH. He leads the team in Adliswil and is responsible for location-related processes and further development. Mr Gerwe has been working in the real estate sector since 2000 and has a profound knowledge of real estate. He takes care of the administrative and technical matters relating to the investment properties and STWEG mandates he manages.
Before joining Falck Immobilien GmbH, he worked for several years as a property manager and team leader at a property service provider in Winterthur.
Anita Kista works as a junior property manager at the Adliswil office and is responsible for a varied portfolio that includes both investment properties and condominiums. In her role, she takes care of the administrative and technical tasks relating to the properties she manages.
Erika Lo Turco Leonardi has been working for our company as a property management clerk since August 2024. She supports the team and the property managers with administrative and organisational tasks relating to the properties under management.
Mrs Schmid works as a real estate accountant in the Adliswil branch. She is responsible for the comprehensive property accounting of her portfolio, consisting of condominiums and investment properties.
After completing her commercial training, Mrs Schmid worked exclusively in finance and accounting. She was responsible for financial accounting over 10 years in a large production company. Before moving to Hartmann Immobilien, she worked for over 4 years for a property management company.

Aurela Shala started her apprentice at Falck Immobilien GmbH in Adliswil in August 2024 and will support us in the areas of real estate and fiduciary services during her three-year training.
Mr Vogel is responsible for the facility management of the Falck Group since 2023 and looks after various properties that are managed by the Falck Group. He also carries out various craftsman work.
Sandro Vogel is a qualified electrician with a Swiss federal certificate of proficiency. He also has several years of experience in the field of HVACSE (heating-ventilation-air-conditioning-sanitary-electrical). He was able to use his skills on a daily basis for a renowned real estate site in Central Switzerland. His area of responsibility included the planning of electrical projects, maintenance of plumbing systems as well as the maintenance and repair of building services equipment.
